In addition to the conditions mentioned in sub-section (6) of Section 15, if the following condition exists, the housing provided under this Act shall be maintained in the name of the Government of Nepal, Provincial Government or Local Level providing such housing facility, by removing the name of such a person and family from the registry.
(a) If the person and the family whom the housing has been provided to does not settle or use it for three or more than three years consecutively;
(b) If there exists any other case as prescribed.
